Working With Me

Where: I'm based on Vancouver Island and work with operators across the Island — from Tofino and Ucluelet to Victoria and everything in between. If you're outside Vancouver Island, remote engagements are available wherever you are.

When I come to you:  For the discovery conversation and on-site observation, I show up in person. There's no substitute for seeing how your operation actually runs on the ground. Key project milestones happen in person too — so you always have a real point of contact, not just an email thread.

When we work remotely Check-ins, reporting, SOP delivery, and all ongoing retainer support run remotely. Flexible and efficient — without losing the personal touch.

Travel costs outside Vancouver Island are always discussed upfront. No surprises.

What I Focus On

The goal is simple: reduce operational pressure and make the season run smoother.

01

Scheduling & Staff Coordination

Clearer roles, cleaner communication, and less daily scrambling during peak season.

02

Booking & Guest Flow

Make sure what's sold online translates properly into day-to-day operations.

03

Systems & SOPs

Build practical systems that help the operation run consistently under pressure.

04

Seasonal Operations Support
