Working Philosophy
Core Pillars
01
Purpose over profit
I look for projects that leave something behind — better operations, stronger teams, and businesses that actually serve their communities well. The financial results follow when the foundation is right.
02
People before roles
Before someone is a guide, a coordinator, or a manager, they're a person. Understanding what motivates each team member and helping them reach their potential is as important as any system I build.
03
Patience and perseverance
Good systems don't happen overnight. I take the time to understand how a business actually runs before suggesting how to change it.
04
Honest assessment
Every operation has strengths worth protecting. I look for what's working before focusing on what isn't — and I'm direct about both.
05
Guest experience drives everything
Behind every system, workflow, and SOP is a real person having an experience. That's what all of this is for.
